Dear Ulti-friends,

Our beloved tournament on the Baltic sea coastline – *SUN BEAM* – is by now
the biggest beach ultimate event in the Baltic states. For that we want to
say thanks to all of you who come back here every year into the kingdom of
the softest sand – the Smiltynė beach. Being happy as we are we want to
invite all the ultimate community from Europe and beyond to take place in
the special – the *8’th edition of SUN BEAM*. Special edition not only
because the number is magical and means all the entity, but also because
this year we are going to be more inclusive then we have *EVER* been. For
the first time in the history of *SUN BEAM* we are organizing three
divisions! Ladies, LET’S GO! Soldiers, LET’S GO! Let us talk to y’all and
just you know give you a little situation: we are waiting for y’all,
whichever the combination <3

*FEES AND DEADLINES?*

   - Early & late bids have different prices. Register your team, gather
   funds & pay before the deadline - save money!

   *Team Fee: *Early bid (payed before 1'st of June) - 150 €; late bid
   (payed after 1st of June) - 200 €.

*WHAT DIVISIONS?*

   - *O*pen, mi*X*ed and *W*omen.
   *Division is formed if 6 and more teams register.*

*ACCOMMODATION?*

   - Package deals are still under negotiation.
   *Worst case if U R struggling to find accommodation option - we'll be
   happy to help U!*

*SUN??*

   - *BEAM* is an amazing place, believe us, you want to be there even when
   there's no sun. But of course, we are negotiating for some warm sunshine as
   well and we promise to do everything we can :)

– Preferred division;
– Number of players;
