[Halo] 1st CEL information update

Hi!

Again, there is some additional information for the tournament.
First: You might have noticed, that we had to increase the Team Fee from 40
to 
50 EUR. We are really sorry about that, but there was no other possibility
for us, since we had some problems with the party organisation (expensive
tent and other unpredictable things). Thank you for your understanding.

I know, that you are really looking forward to getting rid of some money ;)
